After my mom died, I discovered a voice message Dennis, her friend for many years, had left her. His final words to my mom were…

"Fuck you, Ione."

I think about that often as well as my own difficult relationship with mom in her final year before she unexpectedly died.

I would give anything for ten minutes with her to tell her how much I love her. And I'll bet Dennis would, too.

That's how EVE came about. If we were given ten minutes with someone we love who had passed away, what would we do with that time? Would we be able to overcome our own fears, pride, and years of patterns between us to find healing?

Maybe even something beautiful?

EVE finds two young women, one of them a ghost, standing feet apart but separated by a river of pain, anger, and fear with just minutes to overcome it all before their chance vanishes forever.
